I know It’s been a while but today I’m feeling blue so I’m ready for sharing.
Not blue in a sad way of course (this lady never lets life get her down) but blue in a super sexy velvet mini dress kind of way.

Isn’t she an absolute beauty. I’ve added a pretty vintage cameo locket and fab 60s bowling bag to complete my look.

Today’s inspiration comes from the autumn leaves so I’m wearing this beautiful copper brown 1950s vintage dress.
It has a fabulous full skirt, pretty back button detail and cool geometric pattern.
I’ve teamed it with the staple kelly bag and a slightly crazy looking vintage cat brooch.
My My that is one unhappy looking kitty.

Today I’m wearing two of my absolute favourite things. Red and 1950s. I have to say this is one of the nicest dresses I own. It makes me happy just to look at it.
Covered in gorgeous red roses, with flattering 3/4 sleeve and fab full skirt. It’s so perfect for the autumn.

The leaves are falling, the sky is grey but don’t be blue.
Autumn is truly the season for rich, beautiful colour and fabulous Period Drama.
Today I’m feeling inspired by the shades of the season and amazing Art Deco.
Wearing this lush, vintage burgundy velvet, cape sleeve dress with embroidered detail, I feel wonderful. Just like a 1930s screen goddess.
Figure skimming in all the right places.
Beautiful waist detail, teamed and with simple pearls.
Added this stunning Edwardian, embroidered bag (borrowed from my good friend) to complete the look. Downton Abbey meets Ginger Rogers.
All I need now is a roaring fire and some port.

From Botticelli to Marilyn and Anna Nicole, there’s nothing quite like the shape of a real woman, so today I feel like celebrating having curves in all the right places.
I’m wearing this amazing vintage hot pink body-con dress. It’s made to make you wiggle when you walk and I love it.
Time to grab my vintage Jane Shilton chain handle bag and a pretty stone pendant, grab my stilettos and STRUT.

Today I’ve gone all dominatrix and have a lust for leather. Since it’s turning somewhat autumnal here I thought I would try out my vintage olive green leather pencil skirt and give it a saucy twist.

There’s nothing sexier than a simple high waisted pencil skirt teamed with the perfect vintage Jaeger blouse.
Being the true British lady I am, I’ve topped it with a tweed tie pussy bow for heritage style.
Who needs 50 shades. This lady doesn’t bow to anybody.

Well Hello There.
I know I’ve been away for some time but I simply got too engrossed in the Olympics.
I feel so proud to be British. I think we did such a super job of hosting and our athletes were truly inspirational.
Well I was inspired anway. Not to take up sport (one’s knees simply will not allow it) but to wear gold to celebrate Team GB’s fantastic success.

With the ultimate accessory. One’s very own gold medal (well sort of). A 1970s vintage disc pendant will do.
And somewhere to keep my flag. A lovely 1960s brown Kelly bag.
So now I’m all set for The Paralympics too.
